Allianz Life Insurance has provided annuities and life insurance products in the United States for over 125 years. Allianz Life was recognized as a company leader for the amount of paid time off it gives employees as well as the additional benefits that employees receive to support their well-being, both at work and outside of it. Some of these benefits include college scholarships for children of employees, paid time off for caregivers of newborns, adopted children, and aging parents, as well as reimbursement for gym memberships. Allianz Life prioritizes equality and diversity with nearly 50% of its staff female.
