Global Challenges
According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, on average men around the world are earning 14% more than women. In the US, that number is closer to 18%. That means that women are making about $.82 on the dollar compared to their male counterparts. The World Economic Forum estimates it will take 217 years to close the gender gap if we continue to progress at the current rate.
